  If you are a single parent, care for relatives, or have other reasons that make it difficult for you to leave your home, we will gladly come to your home upon request.
• Accompaniment to appointments at government offices and agencies
  You don't have to go to the authorities alone– we accompany you to important appointments, help with communication, and make sure you are well prepared.
• Questions about Unemployment Benefit II (Arbeitslosengeld II)
  We provide easy-to-understand and reliable information about your rights and obligations in connection with benefits under German Social Code, Book II (SGB II).
• Support in everyday life — however you need it
